Our chef, Mariana Campos D'Almeida, is from Brazil, she studied at Paul Bocuse in Lyon and worked as a chef in both Brazil and Paris before coming to Singapore to revamp The Butcher’s Wife’s menu.

Her approach to cooking is skewed towards natural sustainability, with a background in wild fermentation (kefir , kombucha, yogurt, butter).


“My goal is to explore the Asian produce, using " haute cuisine" techniques. I use my foundation of french culinary experience to improve the local ingredients while being more conscious about our environment!“


She also thrives to create dishes that are healthy, innovative and always super tasty while remaining 100% gluten free.

Be ready to be pleasantly surprised with new dishes.
