One would imagine a world without gluten to be dark and depressing, but if the world knew about the revamped menu at The Butcher’s Wife under Paris-trained and Brazilian-born Chef Mariana, they’d think again.

Brazil-born, Paris-trained head chef Mariana Campos of The Butcher’s Wife is trailblazing the #glutenfree, wild fermentation and eat local path with her new menus following her ethos that delicious food can still be healthy and very gut-friendly.

Our new chef, Mariana Campos D'Almeida, is from Brazil, she studied at Paul Bocuse in Lyon and worked as a chef in both Brazil and Paris before coming to Singapore to revamp The Butcher’s Wife’s menu.
